So we’ve designed a home additions & renovations process to make it easy:

• First we’ll begin with an introductory meeting at your home.  Here you’ll be able to explain your desire to us while we’re in your home.  We’ll describe examples of relevant home  additions we’ve done and when possible show you pictures of those renovations  We’ll provide you with references, and you’ll be invited to visit our current job sites to meet our crew of fine craftsmen.

• When you decide that we are your builder of choice to perform your home addition project, we’ll enter into a contractual agreement which will clearly state all of the details related to your project.  We’ll also provide you with proof of our liability insurance, our Workers’ Compensation Certificate, and our valid license.

• At this point your letter of intent and initial deposit will trigger the beginning of your new renovations project.  We will then begin the detailed and professional planning that your home addition will require.  We’ll make sure that all necessary trades visit your home and provide us with exact prices, and that they’re scheduled to ensure that we complete your renovation on time.

• Our contractual agreement governs the work that we do.  As we proceed through your room addition you may decide that you want to make changes.  We understand that this is very normal, and expected.  We’ll simply make the appropriate changes to our agreement and continue working on your project.  While we’re working on your home, we’ll be communicating with you every day.  It’s important that your questions or concerns are answered quickly and effectively so that you are completely comfortable with the home renovation as it proceeds.
