It’s pretty typical for a custom home designer to charge between $12,000.00 & $15,000.00 to do a home design, and in some cases even more.
At Stonemill we charge 99 cents per square foot for the design. So if you’re building a 3,000 square foot custom home, your design will cost $3,000.00. A fraction of what you might have spent.
